Weight: 335.8 lbs ( 152.3 kg) BMI: 43.1 Waist: 54.5 in (138.4 cm) WtHr: 73.6% Breakfast: Bacon and Eggs Lunch: Kroger Cheddar Bratwursts Dinner: Taco Mac and Cheese Drinks: Salted Coffee with cream, Kroger Seltzer, Sugar Free Monster, Unsweetened Tea, Milk Sober Month 6 (Day 192) Keto Day 0 Had a hard time getting going today. Woke up with what felt like a hangover. Just couldn't get up and moving. It was 2 in the afternoon by the time I started doing anything. I had a stifling headache all day. I made some Taco Casseroles for the weekly lunch plan. The recipe says that it makes Six Servings. But I think that those are six servings with a salad and a veggie side. I went ahead and made two batches with two servings per dish that I put into the fridge so it would last me all week. Weight: 326.6 lbs ( 148.1 kg) BMI: 41.9 Waist: 55 in ( 139.7 cm) WtHr: 74.3% Breakfast: Bacon and eggs with ranch dressing and salsa Lunch: Bedder with Cheddar Johnsonville sausages, queso Dinner: Taco mix Drinks: Cup of coffee with cream, ~4000 ml water Strange amount of hunger lately. Last night waiting to go home I was just going nuts hungry. Woke up this morning feeling starved. I ate two drumsticks and two thighs for dinner last night, and that was after eating a small serving of Hamburger Sausage Alfredo right as I got home from work. So it's not like I'm actually starving myself. Perhaps my gut is starting to notice that I'm only eating one single serving of a recipe instead of an entire meal meant for a family of four. At least I don't think I'm starving myself. 4 strips of bacon and 3 fried eggs, (most days) a bowl of soup or a serving of a casserole, and then for dinner (usually) is four pieces of chicken.
