I was thinking that the scale was glitching again. But it gave a consistent number over the several times I stepped on it. I didn't do much before work again today. I've just been having a hard time gauging the passage of time. I was sitting here at the computer playing with the spending spreadsheet and weigh in spreadsheets thinking, “oh, it's coming up on 10:30 I should probably get ready for work. I was starting to wonder what was going on, but then he said that his appointment was at 9:15am today instead of the usual 8am. I was quite annoyed at myself after I dropped him off at his appointment. I usually go to do the grocery shopping while he's at his appointment. I had driven all of the way to the big store on the other side of town as it was in the direction of the hospital and I knew that I needed to pick up a new AC Filter. But as soon as I got there I got my phone out and saw that I had forgotten to write the grocery list into the notes app. So I had to run all of the way back home to write down my grocery list. Interesting Correlation Daily Blog 1-7-2023

Interesting that each day this year that I stuck to my Keto diet the next day I weighed less than I did before. But the day after I gave into a craving for pasta I weighed about a pound and a half (almost 3/4 of a kilo) more than I did before. Not that long ago the phrase “Correlation does not imply causation” was going around the internet. And I know that there will be ups and downs in daily weigh ins, but it is still interesting the day after I ate WAY too much pasta I ended up having the first weigh in that I weighed more than I did the day before. First Day of Fall! 9-22-2022

(Dancing around). And today has the perfect weather for it. I'm kind of chuckling that the high temperature went from 93 F (~34 C) to 60 (~15C) It would be nice if it stayed that way for a while but after tomorrow the temps are going to jump back up to the 80's (>27 C) I guess it beats the temps in the upper 90's (upper 30's C) that we were getting over the last couple of months. I wasn't going to turn the heater on, but last night I had opened up the windows to enjoy the cool down. So this morning when I woke up it was 50 (10 C) something degrees outside, therefore it was that cold in my house. Yeah, I flipped that heater on real quick.
