I felt physically better by the evening. But people at work were pissing me off. Another instance of “What the hell is going on in our schools” a guy had a digital coupon for 2 litters of soda. (not sponsored) and was angry because he got 14 bottles of soda and they were supposed to be 99 cents with the digital coupon and he couldn't figure out why his total was twenty something dollars. Well, digital coupons are limit 5. And it took off the five bottles. He insisted that he knew it was limit five, that's why he got 14 of them. 14 is more than 5. Weight: 328.2 lbs ( 148.9 kg) BMI: 42.1 Waist: 55 in (139.7 cm) WtHr: 74.3% Breakfast: Pork Steak and Eggs Lunch: Keto Paleo Gumbo  Dinner: Hamburger Helper Deluxe Stroganoff Drinks: Salted Coffee, Kroger Seltzer, Low Carb Monster, Sugar Free Red Bull Sober Month 10 (Day 308) When I was taking inventory and making the meal plan for the week one of the pork steaks was kind of small and lumpy, not really great for a dinner so I had brought it into the fridge for breakfast this morning. The scale was glitching again this morning. I admit that I had used the lowest number that it had listed, but it was the most consistent number that it gave. It was quite cold in the apartment this morning. It's late October so I shouldn't complain that we still haven't had a hard freeze yet. But it would have been nice to have a heater. Weight: 328.2 lbs ( 148.8 kg) BMI: 42.1 Waist: 54.0 in (137.2 cm) WtHr: 73% Breakfast: Bacon and Eggs   Lunch: Keto Goulash Dinner: Ham Steak Drinks: Salted Coffee, Kroger Seltzer, Sugar Free Monster, Sugar Free Red Bull, Kroger Energy Shot Sober Month 9 (Day 284) Keto Day 3 Scale is giving me a bunch of random numbers again. But 328.2 lbs (148.8 kg) seemed to be the most consistent number. If I were to cherry pick it would have been 315.2 lbs (143 kg) THAT would have been nice, but would have been very dishonest. And it wouldn't have done me any favors. I did get around to taking inventory of the freezer and making a meal plan for the week. I was going to try to keep this next grocery run to be under $75, but it looks like the stocking up is going to be a bit expensive. So I think this Tuesday's trip I'm going to do the regular $150. But the things I'm going to buy are going to last a couple of weeks instead of the single week trip that I usually budget for. So p...

It was really good weather for sitting around zoning out. Pretty good track on weight loss this month so far. Net loss of 4lbs (1.8 kg) Fascinating coincidence that the difference from yesterday in pounds is the difference so far for the month in kilograms. I was a bit nervous about the trashcan. As I had forgotten to take it to the curb last week it was really overfilled. I had took it out to the curb on Wednesday this week, but as Labor Day was this week the trash collection was delayed a day. And I have to say that the quiet was really quite soothing. It was cool enough that the AC wasn't blowing, the phone was off, and I didn't turn on the fan that I have next to my bed. I rested and realized that we don't have much opportunity in the modern world to have it completely quiet. Amazing weight loss progress so far this month. Going to attribute that to being in the second week of Keto. Waist still hasn't gone down by much, but the sides of my gut seem to be coming in. strange...
