I thought the scale was glitching again, but each time I stood on the scale it gave me the same (ish) number! That's the lowest weight so far this year. That's 0.8 lbs (0.4 kg) pounds from the lowest weight last year. Yesterday they called me to ask if I wanted to come in an hour early to cover somebody's lunch because the lady who was supposed to do that lunch had a doctor's notice that she can't work for the next several days. I agreed because I was kind of shorted on hours this week. I didn't realize that I was volunteering for a 6:2 split day. I was starting to wonder what was going on, but then he said that his appointment was at 9:15am today instead of the usual 8am. I was quite annoyed at myself after I dropped him off at his appointment. I usually go to do the grocery shopping while he's at his appointment. I had driven all of the way to the big store on the other side of town as it was in the direction of the hospital and I knew that I needed to pick up a new AC Filter. But as soon as I got there I got my phone out and saw that I had forgotten to write the grocery list into the notes app. So I had to run all of the way back home to write down my grocery list.
