Physically I feel okay, but brain just wants to go back to sleep. So I didn't get the Taco Chili set up this morning. But I work later tomorrow than I usually do so it'll be easier to get it set up tomorrow. Most of the stuff is canned so it will last a while, but there is some meat that goes into it that would be rather frustrating if it went bad because I was just in a blah mood for too long. And the days have been kind of mushing together again. My left foot really has not been happy.   Weight: 342.4 lbs ( 155.3 kg) BMI: 44 Waist: 56 in ( 142.2 cm) WtHr: 76% Breakfast: Bacon and eggs Lunch: Instant Pot Chili Dinner: Baked Chicken Drinks: 2 cups coffee, sparking water, 4x Milwaukee's Best ICE beers      I didn't quite get the chili done before I had to head to work. But the great thing about the Instant Pot (not sponsored) is that once it gets to the end of the time of it's pressure cooking it will depressurize and just keep the food warm. And the great thing about chili (not sponsored) is that the longer that it sits in low warmth the better the flavor gets. (I think that's how that works anyway)      Ran home for lunch to have some chili. And in the instant pot it's only supposed to be under pressure for 35 minutes and when I got home it was kept warm for three and a half hours. It turned out quite spicy. Could have used a bit of cheese. But in my opinion just about everything could use a bit of cheese.    ...
