It helped that I didn't have Twitter (I'm sorry “X”) on my phone. I couldn't find my tape-measure so I'm not 100% certain on my waist measurement, but I'm not going to guess that it changed much. My belly is feeling a bit tight, but that might be the Seltzer water that. I forgot that I wanted to wait until I was done at the Y to step on the scale. And when I first woke up I stepped on it and it said, 353.8 lbs (160.5 kg) That's 1.8 lbs (0.8 kg) up from yesterday. I tried to console myself with the idea of daily fluctuations and happiness isn't a number on the scale. That was a good motivator to go to the YMCA like I want to be doing. Drinks: Pot of coffee, 3x Kroger Energy shot, ~1400 ml water, 2 L Dt Caffeine free Big K Cola

    I did wake up early enough to get the weigh in video done; just barely. I had a lot of alarms set for the 5am hour, but just rolled through them And I did get breakfast done as well. Which was nice. There's been a couple of weeks where I've had to decide between breakfast and weigh in video. LOL That makes it sound dramatic, but I am proud that I have yet to skip out on a weigh in video this year so far.

    Today was first day back from PTO, can't really call it “Vacation” I didn't go anywhere. The first day back is always a day that takes a lot of self control. With how I have to repeat myself, repeat myself, repeat myself. And deal with people that can't seem to see the very obvious solutions right in front of their damned faces. And my hands were clumsy today. Probably too much coffee before jumping into the stress of running into the store on a Sunday after church. (I personally don't go to church, but a lot of “”Christians”” do and they can be...stressful)

    Second half of work went a lot smoother than the first half. But my feet were really grumpy with me at the end of the day. I forgot my water bottle at home so I didn't drink the water I wanted to during the day. I did drink more energy shots than I should have though, but again...first day back from PTO I picked up a couple of 2 liters of diet caffeine free Big K cola for after work. I'm going to try to just drink one of them. It seems kind of strange to have a challenge of drinking less than what I have, but I do have a bit of a control issue when it comes to drinking things. And I spent WAY too much on soda today.

    Kind of funny that I have the next two days off. Tuesday is my weekly day off, but I just happen to be off Monday. So had PTO last week worked Sunday, and then have Monday and Tuesday off. Kind of nice to have two days off in a row, kind of makes the rest of the week feel rather long though. I need to get off my butt tomorrow. Spent too much time last week sitting here at my computer. I have a couple of 3D printers I might work on getting those up and running. Tomorrow is the first day of Spring, and Summer is close after that and Summer is Cosplay season. It would be fun to get a suit of armor finally printed off like I've been wanting to do for so long. Also kind of a funny thought of me ever getting the guts up to a Cosplay Convention in a suit of Master Chief armor. But who knows that thought might keep me focused on my diet.
