W eight: 351.4 lbs ( 159.4 kg) BMI: 45.4 Waist: 57.5 in (146.1 cm) WtHr: 77.7% Breakfast: Bacon and Eggs Lunch: St. Louis Style Ribs Dinner: Leftover Ribs Drinks: Pot of Salted Coffee, Kroger Seltzer Sober Day 3 YMCA: Swimming I was able to get up a bit easier today than I have been lately. It helped that I didn't have Twitter (I'm sorry “X”) on my phone. I couldn't find my tape-measure so I'm not 100% certain on my waist measurement, but I'm not going to guess that it changed much. My belly is feeling a bit tight, but that might be the Seltzer water that. I forgot that I wanted to wait until I was done at the Y to step on the scale. And when I first woke up I stepped on it and it said, 353.8 lbs (160.5 kg) That's 1.8 lbs (0.8 kg) up from yesterday. I tried to console myself with the idea of daily fluctuations and happiness isn't a number on the scale. That was a good motivator to go to the YMCA like I want to be doing. Breakfast: Bacon and eggs
Lunch: Fathead lasagna
Dinner: Baked Chicken
Drinks: Pot of coffee, 2x Kroger energy shots, 3600ml water

    Had a real smert moment this morning. Every day I step on the scale before I shower and I started the coffee pot before I went back upstairs to shower. I got out of the shower and heard a strange noise like water running downstairs. In the post shower stupor my brain told me that the noise was just the coffee pot working. (I googled post shower stupor to see if that's a common thing and unnervingly every search with that combination of words was about alcohol poisoning I think that's strange) Eventually I did go back downstairs and I found out what the running water noise was. I had somehow forgotten to put the carafe back into the coffee maker so it was spilling coffee everywhere. They say don't cry over spilled milk. But I did stand there for a bit staring at that puddle of coffee.

   I was able to wake up early today. I'm trying to set my alarms earlier so I can start waking up closer to 6am I want to work up the courage to try to apply for a job at the bank again. And if I were to get that job I need to start waking up early enough to get there. That's clumsily written but I'm hurrying to get a post started before I get off to work I spent all morning working on the store story video. I think it's just taking this long to finish editing it because it's so damn long. Most store story videos are just one story, but this one will be three stories. Three stories that happened in one day, but I'm still wondering if I should have made them into three different videos. I'm just getting the feeling that making smaller more concise videos will be better for my channel and my style.

    For lunch I had some of the Fathead Lasagna that I had taken out of the freezer several days ago. I had bought some cottage cheese just in case that particular serving of lasagna had gone bad on me. I have a few more servings of leftovers in the fridge so I'll hang on to the cottage cheese just in case those other servings have gone south on me.

    I had some baked chicken for dinner. This is a great dinner for when I'm editing videos because all I have to do is pop it into the oven and I can get back to editing the video. It's also a great thing for when I'm too tired after work to do anything else.
