It helped that I didn't have Twitter (I'm sorry “X”) on my phone. I couldn't find my tape-measure so I'm not 100% certain on my waist measurement, but I'm not going to guess that it changed much. My belly is feeling a bit tight, but that might be the Seltzer water that. I forgot that I wanted to wait until I was done at the Y to step on the scale. And when I first woke up I stepped on it and it said, 353.8 lbs (160.5 kg) That's 1.8 lbs (0.8 kg) up from yesterday. I tried to console myself with the idea of daily fluctuations and happiness isn't a number on the scale. That was a good motivator to go to the YMCA like I want to be doing. And when I got back from the Y

Weight: 334.2 lbs ( 151.6 kg)
BMI: 42.9
Waist: 54 in ( 137.2 cm)
WtHr: 73.0%

Breakfast: Bacon and eggs
Lunch: Johnsonville Jalapeno Cheddar Sausages
Dinner: Baked Chicken
Drinks: Couple cups of coffee with cream, Kroger energy shot, ~2700ml water,

Waist circumference was down today, but I'm not sure how much of that was losing belly fat, or how much of that was the gut just sagging. The weight was down pretty good today so I might just be being down on myself.

I was really hungry this morning so I cooked an extra slice of bacon. But it just made it so the bacon went cold before I was able to eat it all. I also didn't get it cooked crispy. It was cooked enough to have it so it wouldn't make me sick, but just not in the crispy form that I'd prefer.

I was going to leave my debit card at home, but I have seemed to have ran out of precooked meals. I keep thinking that I'm going to go online to look up some recipes, but then I keep getting distracted. There is a sale on hot dogs going on right now and I was going to pick up some for lunch, but unfortunately they're sold out right now so I picked up some of the Johnsonville Jalapeno Cheddar Sausage Links. It would have been cheaper to pick up some cottage cheese, so I might do that tomorrow if I remember to.

I'm trying to break the energy shot habit, but this afternoon I had a lot of gunk building up in my throat (probably seasonal allergies) and those energy shots do really help with that. I'm not sure of the connection there, but it works good enough to not question it. But I did remember to bring my water bottle with me to work today so I was able to drink some water today. And that did help me from buying more energy shots like I would have done if I didn't have the water to drink from.

Baked some of the chicken that I had bought the other day. When I had bought that chicken I hadn't taken the opportunity to put it up in the freezer. So when I set up the dinner this evening I used two of the packages that I bought, and that leaves the other two packages for when I get around to having chicken again (wanting to do that tomorrow evening, but we'll see) I don't think I said that well, these two packages were one package of thighs and one package of drumsticks. I had put the chicken that I didn't use from those packages into the freezer. I do hope that I get the other packages of thighs and drumsticks up in the freezer before they go bad. I have no reason to not to get them up there. I'm just so tired after work to get anything done. And what kind of stinks about baking chicken for dinner is that I only really have one or two baking dishes that are good for the chicken that I bake. So when I do bake chicken for dinner I have to do dishes before I can cook the chicken again. I get that, that's not a very good complaint, but it still kind of sucks to have to do dishes every night.

I did manage to look up a recipe or two after work this evening. So if I do manage to get those ingredients bought I should get a couple of recipe videos done over the next couple of weeks. But that might just be wishful thinking.
