It helped that I didn't have Twitter (I'm sorry “X”) on my phone. I couldn't find my tape-measure so I'm not 100% certain on my waist measurement, but I'm not going to guess that it changed much. My belly is feeling a bit tight, but that might be the Seltzer water that. I forgot that I wanted to wait until I was done at the Y to step on the scale. And when I first woke up I stepped on it and it said, 353.8 lbs (160.5 kg) That's 1.8 lbs (0.8 kg) up from yesterday. I tried to console myself with the idea of daily fluctuations and happiness isn't a number on the scale. That was a good motivator to go to the YMCA like I want to be doing. And when I got back from the Y

Using Digital Coupons Daily Blog February 19, 2023

Weight: 331.2lbs ( 150.2 kg)
BMI: 42.5
Waist: 56in ( 142.2 cm)
WtHr: 75.7%

Breakfast: Bacon and eggs
Lunch: Hot Dogs
Dinner: Chuck Roast with onion mushroom gravy
Drinks: ½ pot of coffee, 2x 5 hour energy shot, ~3600ml water

Got the weekly weigh in video done. But didn't get moving in time to get it uploaded before work I was going to get it posted during by lunch break. But I did a bit of shopping during my lunch break and I set up the slow cooker with a chuck roast for dinner. There was an amazing digital coupon on the chuck roasts. Digital coupons have a limit of five of them, so naturally I picked up five of them. There's a digital coupon on ribs as well, I'm debating whether or not to pick up more ribs. I still have a couple of racks left from the last time there was a digital coupon on them. They're in the freezer, so they're not going to go bad anytime soon, but I'm not sure if I want to keep filling the freezer with the same foods over and over. But then again that is a pretty good description of what I'm wanting to do, and food is just supposed to be fuel, and it is a price that is nearly a third of it's base price.

I was kind of irritable when I got to work this morning. (This is my second attempt to write this out because the entire post turned into whining about two frustrating people) one guy was so hopped up on energy drinks he said that he hadn't slept in four days and every time he spoke everything he said was almost like one run on word. And another person was wanting information about a promotion, but I didn't have an answer for them and I had three people interrupting me answering the question to ask me the same question over again. Which is a bit of a personal pet peeve of mine. Most of the rest of the day went pretty smoothly. So I'm not sure if it was just me with too much coffee when I got to work, or it was just some irritable people right as I was getting the day started.

I had more hot dogs for lunch. I'm not completely sure if those are very great for you and I do have food in my fridge ready for lunch. But I was already buying the chuck roasts to take advantage of the digital coupon. So I just picked up the hot dogs for lunch. When I was home for lunch I set up the slow cooker with one of the roasts. It's been quite a while since I've last used the slow cooker, and even longer since I've had a roast. The “recipe” is so easy I doubt I could make an entire video of. It's just a chuck roast, a can of cream of mushroom soup, a packet of onion soup mix and a stick of butter. You could set it on low for 8 hours or on high for 4 hours. And since I was setting it up during my lunch break I set it on high.

When I got home the house smelt amazing, unfortunately the kitchen did NOT smell that great. I am very behind on my dishes. The slow cooker spread the smell through the rest of the home, but walking into the kitchen all I could smell was old dirty dishes. I did get a plate and fork clean to eat the roast. And I ate the entire roast, so I'm not very confident for tomorrow's weigh in. But then again I wasn't very confident for this morning's weigh in and it was a heck of a lot better than I was expecting.

At work I found out that people can have bottles of water, we just can't have them at the registers. Apparently the district manager was in the store a week or two ago and was upset that the cashiers all had water at the registers. I would say that was just him nitpicking, I would see his point if it were bottles of soda or snacks at the registers or something like that. But bottles of waster seems like it should be fine to me. But the customer service manger told me that we can have water, we just have to leave them on the counter next to customer service. I'm still debating whether or not to bring my water bottle to work and leave it by customer service, or just leave it at home.
