It helped that I didn't have Twitter (I'm sorry “X”) on my phone. I couldn't find my tape-measure so I'm not 100% certain on my waist measurement, but I'm not going to guess that it changed much. My belly is feeling a bit tight, but that might be the Seltzer water that. I forgot that I wanted to wait until I was done at the Y to step on the scale. And when I first woke up I stepped on it and it said, 353.8 lbs (160.5 kg) That's 1.8 lbs (0.8 kg) up from yesterday. I tried to console myself with the idea of daily fluctuations and happiness isn't a number on the scale. That was a good motivator to go to the YMCA like I want to be doing. And when I got back from the Y

BMI: 43.2

WtHr: 75.7%

Breakfast: Bacon and eggs

I was a bit impatient when frying the eggs this morning so I ended up scrambling them. I threw a few slices of cheese in with them so, sure cheesy scrambled eggs with bacon. I'm sure that Chef Ramsay would have gone into seizures if he would have seen what I called “scrambled eggs”

I did manage to get the dishes done. There is a satisfying feeling looking at a cleaned room, I need to get around to cleaning more of my house. I did laundry last week and unlike the last couple of times I did laundry I put my clothes away. It seems like a simple thing, but it really does make a difference when waking up looking at a room full of clean clothes in baskets waiting to be put away and the dirty clothes everywhere vs clothes put away and the few days of clothes in the basket.

For lunch I had some of the chili that I had saved in the fridge for lunch with another couple of slices of cheese because, of course, if you have chili, it has to have cheese in it. (I forgot that I was going to try cottage cheese in the chili) I'm not sure how long that baggie of chili was sitting in the fridge, I'm pretty sure that it hadn't been sitting there more than a week or so. I did find that the two packs of chicken that I had bought the last time I bought groceries had expiration dates that were over a week ago. It is the season to be sneezing, so I can't really tell if that chicken had started going bad, but I don't think I want to risk it. It was kind of frustrating to throw out that chicken because I didn't buy chicken this week because the freezer is already full. And it was on sale for 88 cents per pound this week. -_- Oh well, the freezer is still pretty full, and buying more food when the freezer is full is just a waste. It was kind of strange when I went to the store all I bought was eggs, well, it was the 60 pack of eggs, but that's all I needed as the freezer was already full and I hadn't planned any recipes. It was nice that the last month when I bought that pack of eggs the cost of the 60 pack of eggs was $25, but today they were closer to $13

I did manage to take inventory of the freezer and make out a meal plan for the week, but there were only enough different meals to make 9 different meals. Altogether there are 52 different meals, but a good chunk of those are just raw meat. And sure carnivores would say, just eat the meat. It would be difficult to cook the meat through while just on a lunch break. Sure baking chicken or pork steak for dinner is no issue, but that would just take too long for lunch break. And that is why I want to cook casseroles and soups. Just so I have something to pop into the microwave while on lunch. I might just rely on hot dogs for a lot of lunches while I restock the casseroles for lunch, but that would be going back on the plan of leaving my debit card at home.

I am quite proud of myself, I have posted a daily blog every single day for two months in a row now. Of course that is what is meant by a “daily” blog. But so far this is the most success that I've found so far in posting the blog. And I'm just glad that February is over because the line where I write the title of the blog doesn't have spell check and I've been checking that I've been writing the name of the month correctly every day this month. It is a bit annoying, but thankfully the other months of the year have pretty straightforward spelling. Well all except for Augast
