That's the direction that I'm wanting the scale to go in. I guess it takes the better part of a week to “recover” from going to a buffet. I don't think it was all fat, but I doubt that it took that long to digest the food that I ate on Sunday. Research is required in that area.
Before work I baked a pork loin that Step-Dad bought for me while I cooked breakfast.
Got home from work and just got slammed with writers block. It was more satisfying playing the Jewel Sorting Game (not sponsored) on my phone than it was to think about the day. Not that it was a bad or frustrating day. Honestly it's hard to think of anything worth talking about for the day
Was supervisor for the first half, and worked the desk for the second half of the day. Most of the day was just kind of standing around.
At lunch the half of the pork loin fillet looked kind of small in the lunchbox so I grabbed a container of Cottage Cheese to go with. I was really happy to see pepper in the break room. Cottage cheese is best with epic amounts of pepper to go into it.
I'm going to try to start taking notes again. I can remember over the course of the day I thought that something would be interesting to add to this, but now it's time to write it down, that thought is just a memory of, “oh that thing I was going to write down...what was it again?”
Got home. Had some hot dogs. Mom was already in bed. Step-Dad was watching some weather reports as Nebraska was getting smacked pretty hard with some nasty looking storms. I'm pretty sure that all of the plains are suffering from drought, but I doubt that they're wanting the 9+ inches (>23 cm) of rain all at once like that.
