Great number on the scale this morning. Especially since I had Chicken Alfredo for lunch the entire week last week. And the scale gave me the same number three times in a row, so it wasn't glitching.
I was debating on whether to or not to try to go back to the AI to try to get it to do the financial projection again. But I looked over the code...none of the bills listed in the code that it generated were the bills that I had told it. I had listed the various bills I expect during the year four times over the last three weeks and it eventually just forgets the bills that I have in the projection and just makes up new bills. I figured that I was just trying to build a more flexible version of the Quicken program that I already have on my computer. (Not sponsored) so I might as well just stick with the program that I already have on my computer. I mean it will only let me adjust the next instance of the saved bill or income. But at least I won't need to worry about it hallucinating more bills or have it think that I need to have a different pay check. It was encouraging that when it did look like it was working if I were to stay under my $50/week allowance I will be able to make progress in my savings accounts by quite early into the next year.
That's not even counting any gifts or the Tax Return that I'll get in the spring. And the (hahaha) supposed $2,000 “Tariff Bonus” that President Trump is supposedly promising everybody. Facebook has been completely obsessed with this promise lately. I don't know if I did something that triggered the algorithm or something, but lately my Facebook feed is just SWARMED with headlines about President Trump's $2,000 Tariff Checks. I wouldn't turn down two grand, but I am really not expecting it to happen. I am kind of tired of seeing the same post over, and over, and over.
Anyway, speaking about finances, I was excited to figure out that I could pay all of my bills for December tomorrow. I typically get paid on Thursday, but this week is Thanksgiving so I'll be getting paid on Wednesday this week. When I paid the bills last month I had thought about waiting until the first of December to pay the bills for December. But I realized that I was just transferring money from my checking account to Bill Savings, just to wait six days to transfer it back to checking to pay the bills only because I wanted to pay the bills on a certain day. It would be more efficient to just pay the bills this with this paycheck. For a while I did have the bills set in Quicken to be paid on the fourth Thursday of the month. But then there will be some months with five months. So it will just be better to program them to be due on the first and then on the last Thursday of each month pay off the upcoming bills, if I have money to of course. If I don't have money on the last Thursday of the month, I should have it my the first Thursday. But this will be the second month in a row where I have all of the bills paid before the month even starts, I have money in all three of my savings accounts, and I have a freezer full of food.
Wow, I was really effected by the sun going down early. By 6:30pm it was completely dark outside. And I have been sitting at my desk reminding myself that it wasn't really that late, but it was like I was seeing that it was dark outside so I'd start drifting off to sleep.
