Almost back to making progress for the year. I really didn't do anything before work this morning. I got the feeling that I was supposed to be doing something. But I couldn't figure out what it was. I did think about having breakfast. It is kind of funny as I was thinking that there was a quite a long time when I was doing TMAD, but back then I wasn't doing Keto as I was having Fried Chicken for lunch and Hamburger Helper (not sponsored) for dinner and then skipping breakfast. When I learned about Keto and was trying that diet I started having Bacon and Eggs for breakfast each day and then had a recipe for lunch, and then for dinner. That eventually evolved into havi...

It's always exciting to be under 330 lbs (149.7 kg) The current goal is 320 (145.2 kg) but looking over the record it is rare to be under 330 lbs the average is about 337 (152.8 kg).

Probably TMI

I wasn't confident that today would have a weigh in that was down from previous days as I hadn't pooed in the last couple of days. I had a movement after breakfast. I wasn't feeling uncomfortable, or had any distress it is interesting that I'm always dropping that right after breakfast. I'm going to guess that the coffee is helping with that. It would just be nice if I were to drop that much it would happen before I weighted in and had breakfast. I'm not sure if having a poo every other day is normal or something to keep an eye on. But I really haven't had any discomfort before, during, or after the event.

/TMI

I was developing a bit of a headache after breakfast. It started right as I was finishing the coffee, so I wondered if it was connected. It did clear up as I went to work and got up and moving around. But my feet and knees have been grumpy at me for the last couple of days.

I was excited to have the Internet bill paid off. And paying it today was paying it before the bill for September was posted. So that's one bill that shows a zero balance. Next week will be the electricity and gas bill.  I'm excited to pay those next week because I'll be paying the Bills for August and September and that'll finally catch me up on those bills and the only bill left that I'll be paying the back bill for will be the Internet. Which should be taken care of by the beginning of November if I'm looking at the projection correctly. I'll be so happy to have all of the bills caught up and I'm not pushing things around to force them to fit.

One exciting thought that's coming up is that the First Week of September has Labor Day. Which is a paid Holiday. I haven't asked, and I'm not budgeting for just yet. But if they forget that it's a paid holiday, I might get 8 hours of holiday overtime. Again I'm thinking that it's far enough out that they might not have that schedule done yet, so I don't want to remind them that they might accidentally over pay me for the holiday.

I was really quite disappointed to find out that the local Taco John's had been shut down. The food served there wasn't anywhere near close to being on my diet. But it's still sad to see it shut down. I had to give Roommate a hard time because he had some on Tuesday after his appointment.

I kept having ideas for the blog over the day, but every time I got my note out to start writing something down somebody would screech at me. Nothing that crazy or anything that really stood out. Just the regular stuff that people could figure out on their own. I'm thinking of trying to come up with a strategy on how to curtail some of the screeching for me for help. Instead of just telling them what to do when they have a question. I might ask them what a solution would be for the problem that they're currently dealing with. Now if it's busy or if it's complicated I'll just go ahead and help them. But people are screeching at me to help them with things that should be basic common things, (can't think of any examples at the moment) I'll tell them the solution, and then they're screeching at me again 15 minutes later. I'm getting Deja Vu on this “solution” but I'm hoping that if I start encouraging people to come up with their own solutions they'll stop screaming for me every five minutes all day every day and they'll just do their jobs.

Grilled some cheeseburger patties for dinner. It was good weather for that. Still a little warmer than I would prefer, but still not that bad compared to what it could be. The weather has been kind of freaking me out lately. There just hasn't been any wind. And for Kansas that's just kind of unsettling.
