Woke up with what felt like a hangover. Just couldn't get up and moving. It was 2 in the afternoon by the time I started doing anything. I had a stifling headache all day. I made some Taco Casseroles for the weekly lunch plan. The recipe says that it makes Six Servings. But I think that those are six servings with a salad and a veggie side. I went ahead and made two batches with two servings per dish that I put into the fridge so it would last me all week.
