Weight: 327.8 lbs ( 148.7 kg) BMI: 42.1 Waist: 55 in (139.7 cm) WtHr: 74.3% Breakfast: Bacon and Eggs Lunch: Instant Pot Chili   Dinner: Tootn' Chili   Drinks: Salted Coffee, Kroger Seltzer, Low Carb Monster, Sober Month 10 (Day 320) Good drop of the weight this morning. The scale was consistent this morning.   Spent the day working with the AI aka “Absolute Idiot” you wouldn't think that it would be so hard to convince a computer to do math. I did kind of chuckle when I realized that I was basically using Chat GPT to program Google Colab into doing what Quicken (not sponsored) is already doing. Oh well, the AI projection is a lot more flexible than what Quicken is able to do. I was slightly annoyed by it because I thought I had it all going fine and so I had ran out to grab a 12pk of seltzer and some cheese for tonight's dinner and when I got back and logged the spending into the projection the totals on the projection didn't change despite just spending $6.07...

(142.2 cm) WtHr: 76.4% Breakfast: Bacon and fried eggs Lunch: Chili Dogs Dinner: Baked Chicken Drinks: pot of coffee, several glasses of water      My scale is teasing me! (joke) I was so excited to be back in the 330's (~149-153 kg) I haven't been under 340 since February 2020 and I haven't been consistently under 340 lbs (154 kg) since early 2019. I know that daily weight fluctuations happen, but it would be nice to be back in the 330's I remember back when I was fluctuating back around 339-340 when I was under 340's my feet felt SO much better. I do know that when I'm under 350 lbs (159 kg) I have a lot more energy. So under 350 (159 kg) I have more energy, under 340 lbs (154 kg) my feet stop hurting, I'm looking forward to seeing what I'm going to feel when I'm under 330lbs (150 kg) and 320 lbs (145 kg)    Once again I was in an amazing mood on the way to work and as soon as I walk in the door...

Withdraw or Dehydration Daily Blog 1-3-2023

Weight: 340.2 lbs (154.3 kg) BMI: 43.7 Waist: 56.5 (143.5 cm) WtHr: 76.4% Breakfast: Bacon and fried eggs Lunch: Queso soup Dinner: Pork Steak Drinks: pot of coffee Being down almost four pounds (just under 2 kilos) over a single day is one heck of a way to start the day!      Had a hard time getting to sleep last night. But that might have been the 2L of diet soda I had before bed. I had a headache, it wasn't splitting or overly agonizing. It was just very distracting. As I was flopping around I looked up some of the withdraw symptoms of some of the things I'm trying to quit. And fun fact. Both Alcohol and Carbohydrate withdraw include disrupted sleep and headaches. (A bit unfair that both of the addictions that I wish to fight have so many of the same symptoms) But again I'm not sure if the trouble getting to sleep was various withdraws, or a 2L of soda right before bed. Probably going to be spending all day thinking about the things I wanted to have mentioned. For instance I wanted to mention that I started off 2023 sober. Kind of helps that the first was a Sunday and I have about five whole dollars to my name. Once again I wake up with a ton of hope and optimism, and then I go to work and it feels like a giant gut punch. We only had one person call in, so far at my lunch break, but that shift was covered by someone who was asking for more hours anyway. But it's kind of bad when you can feel your emotions deflating as you walk into a building. Got tired of pork steak every night so I baked up some of the chicken that I had in the freezer. Unfortunately it was the last of the chicken in the freezer. But tomorrow is Tuesday ...
