I felt physically better by the evening. But people at work were pissing me off. Another instance of “What the hell is going on in our schools” a guy had a digital coupon for 2 litters of soda. (not sponsored) and was angry because he got 14 bottles of soda and they were supposed to be 99 cents with the digital coupon and he couldn't figure out why his total was twenty something dollars. Well, digital coupons are limit 5. And it took off the five bottles. He insisted that he knew it was limit five, that's why he got 14 of them. 14 is more than 5. He knew 14 is more than five, he works at a school. While I was trying to explain what the word “limit” meant to somebody who insisted ...

Weight: 323.2 lbs ( 147.4 kg) BMI: 41.5 Waist: 55 in (139.7 cm) WtHr: 74.3% Breakfast: Bacon and Eggs Lunch: Baked Chicken   Dinner: Ham Steak Drinks: Salted Coffee, Kroger Seltzer, Sugar Free Monster, Sober Month 11 (Day 334) Great number on the scale this morning. Especially since I had Chicken Alfredo for lunch the entire week last week. And the scale gave me the same number three times in a row, so it wasn't glitching. I was debating on whether to or not to try to go back to the AI to try to get it to do the financial projection again. But I looked over the code...none of the bills listed in the code that it generated were the bills that I had told it. I had listed the various bills I expect during the year four times over the last three weeks and it eventually just forgets the bills that I have in the projection and just makes up new bills. I figured that I was just trying to build a more flexible version of the Quicken program that I already have on my computer. (Not spo...

Weight: 325 lbs ( 147.4 kg) BMI: 41.7 Waist: 55 in (139.7 cm) WtHr: 74.3% Snack: Bar-S Hot Dogs Breakfast: Mexican Chicken Alfredo Lunch: leftover Hormel Pork Loin Dinner: Hamburger Helper Spicy Garlic Parmesan Drinks: Kroger Seltzer, Sugar Free Monster, Sugar Free Red Bull Sober Month 11 (Day 333) I didn't think that I would get to work on time this morning. I am typically scheduled to work 11am to 8pm. But this morning I was scheduled 7am to 4pm. Last night when I got off I had bought a Sugar Free Red Bull to put next to my bed so when the first alarm goes off I could slam that real quick, hoping that would help me wake up. I've read online that having multiple alarms to help you wake up is counterproductive (wow, can't believe I spelled that correctly the first time.) But I needed to make sure that I got to work. So I had set an alarm for every 15 minutes starting right at 6am. But yeah, I was able to wake up. But I didn't have time to get a proper breakfast so ...

Weight: 325.6 lbs ( 147.7 kg) BMI: 41.8 Waist: 55 in (139.7 cm) WtHr: 74.3% Breakfast: Bacon and Eggs Lunch: Mexican Chicken Alfredo   Dinner: Spaghetti Drinks: Salted Coffee, Kroger Seltzer, Sugar Free Monster, Sugar Free Red Bull Sober Month 11 (Day 331) Trying to remember what I had written before as the program had crashed erasing what I had written before. I had spent the last couple of days with the Absolute Idiot trying to get it to do the projection correctly. It would look like it was doing the thing correctly and then I would notice that it didn't have the bills in the projection. And including the bills into the projection just broke everything. The main frustration was that I am using the free version of the site so I would have to do as much as it would let me do and then I would have to wait for the timer to reset, which would take several hours. It was starting to get kind of annoying as I would ask it to do something, it would ask for guidance on how it would ...

Heck, it's the lowest weight of the 2020's decade if I'm looking at my numbers right. And this time over 2024 and 2023 I was gaining considerably amounts of weight. Kind of blows my theory that the reason that I was gaining weight this time of year my body was getting ready for winter. I know that humans don't hibernate, but I would have assumed that we do have some of feature that would add some insulation in the winter. But no I was just eating and drinking too much in the previous years. (definitely drinking too much) It was exciting to do the grocery shopping as the total came to $92 when I usually budget for $150. It'...

Weight: 323.8 lbs ( 146.9 kg) BMI: 41.6 Waist: 54 in (137.2 cm) WtHr: 73% Breakfast: Bacon and Eggs Lunch: Cabbage Soup  Dinner: Ham Steak Drinks: Salted Coffee, Kroger Seltzer, Low Carb Monster, Sugar Free Red Bull Sober Month 10 (Day 327) I feel like I slept a lot better last night than I have previous nights. Sleep tracker still says that I didn't fall asleep until close to 3am even though I went to bed around midnight. I do remember waking up in the night to run to the restroom so that might have reset the sleep counter so when I got up to use the restroom and went back to bed it thought the second half was the sleep for the night. The scale was nice. I mean it is frustrating to have the exact same number as it was yesterday. But that still is the lowest weight of this year and last. I went to bed last night before the AI finished the download file for the Financial Projection. This morning it kept having a hard time coming up with that file. It also offered to make tha...

Weight: 323.8 lbs ( 146.9 kg) BMI: 41.6 Waist: 54 in (137.2 cm) WtHr: 73% Breakfast: Bacon and Eggs Lunch: Cabbage Soup   Dinner: Slow Cooker Chuck Roast Mac and Cheese Drinks: Salted Coffee, Kroger Seltzer, Low Carb Monster, Sugar Free Red Bull Sober Month 10 (Day 326) Really didn't sleep very well last night either. Not sure what's going on. I feel dragging tired when going to bed, but when I go to bed I'm wired for sound. I was surprised to see the weight on the scale this morning. I stood on it several times and it gave me the same number four times in a row, so it is probably accurate. At first I was impressed with the 3.2 lb (1.5 kg) drop, but what got me really excited was this was the weight that was the lowest weight of 2024! All of 2025 I've been wanting to get down to the lowest point of last year. Now to see if I'll be able to stick to that low of a weight. The Absolute Idiot messed up the Financial projection again. Last night I had told it that...

Although I didn't sleep very well I was able to get up early enough to have breakfast and coffee. I was kind of worried that I would be able to do so. When I first go to work I was just dead tired but it was too busy to sneak away to get the Sugar Free Red Bull that I would normally drink at work (not sponsored) I was able to sneak in an energy shot. Those are technically cheaper than the energy drinks, but you get more out of the drinks than the shots. It is a small miracle that the...
