It helped that I didn't have Twitter (I'm sorry “X”) on my phone. I couldn't find my tape-measure so I'm not 100% certain on my waist measurement, but I'm not going to guess that it changed much. My belly is feeling a bit tight, but that might be the Seltzer water that. I forgot that I wanted to wait until I was done at the Y to step on the scale. And when I first woke up I stepped on it and it said, 353.8 lbs (160.5 kg) That's 1.8 lbs (0.8 kg) up from yesterday. I tried to console myself with the idea of daily fluctuations and happiness isn't a number on the scale. That was a good motivator to go to the YMCA like I want to be doing. And when I got back from the Y

Slept in a bit this morning. Good levels of mental energy, but my legs were telling me that I really should have spent more time yesterday sitting down. Didn't get up in time to get breakfast done. I was actually technically late for work. It was only 5 minutes, but you get a half of a point for logging in 5 or more minutes late. So a little more than annoying that it rolled over the 5 minute mark as I was logging in. So if that lady wasn't blocking the door to the back room, or if the hallway to the break room was a couple of feet shorter I wouldn't have been late. Oh well, I don't think that I have enough tardy points to get worried just yet. I think you have to get 12 points before they fire you. And somehow I don't think I personally am going to get fired because I'm 5 minutes late from time to time. I did have a bit of frustration at work. The Keto diet is really great at giving you a lot of mental energy, but there are a lot of people that are not doing the Keto diet. So my brain is rocking at a thousand miles per hour and everybody around me is out of gas and missing a tire.

When I got home for lunch the kitchen smelled really bad. I'm praying that is because I wasn't able to take out the trash after cooking so much yesterday and not because I overfilled the freezer. I had the Tuna Casserole that I cooked yesterday for lunch today. I really should have cut the broccoli into smaller bits, and it would just not cool down. I always microwave things for two minutes. But I guess the tuna is a great heat capacitor because it was blazing hot the entire time that I was home for lunch. It did give me a good set of burps when I got back to work, but perhaps that was the broccoli.

This really isn't supposed to be the “Mark Complains About Work” Blog. But that's what I do end up talking about, maybe because that's most of my day. But today went really extremely smoothly. It's nice when everybody shows up for work. But it also might be because of the mental clarity that Keto provides, or maybe I was just lucky to have a smooth day.

I don't know if this is related to the Keto diet in any way or if it's just been hotter than normal lately but I've been really thirsty over the last couple of days. But I did manage to remember to bring my water bottle with me to work today. When the office people visit the store they don't like it when people have drinks at the registers so I keep my water bottle by the customer service desk.

Facebook is being strange on my phone. I'll get a normal notification (someone will post something, or share something, or post in a group) no biggie. But then I get another notification saying that I have a notification. Seriously, Facebook you don't have to notify me on my phone that I have a notification when I have a notification on my phone

And good gravy my legs and feet were telling me that they were upset with me when I got home from work. On the way home I debated whether to bake the chicken or grill the bratwursts. I decided on the chicken because I can sit down while the oven comes to temperature and sit down while the chicken cooked. But when the oven got hot and I stood up my knees and everything down were PURE FIRE! I was hobbling like I was 15 pounds ago.

I am glad that I didn't have to work on a video when I got home. And yeah, nothing says, “Passion for a project” like being glad to not having to work on that project, but today was the first day this week where I didn't have to work on a video while also dealing with working at the store. I do wish with all my heart to be successful on YouTube, but I'm not going to do that with the rush job videos that I've been making this week.

I guess someone won Mega Millions last night. It was a good friend of mine. I don't know who it was, but I would like to meet them.
