Soreness in my lower right back. But it's more mentally struggling. I just couldn't get enough “Go” to go yesterday, but I did feel a considerable difference in the Mental and Physical energy yesterday. People were dumb AF but I'm starting to feel more “UP” on the days that I'm able to work out in the morning. Had Bacon and Eggs for breakfast after I got home from the YMCA. I do have to say using those weight machines were very satisfying. It was also nice to hang out with Mom in an activity that she enjoys so much. It is somewhat of an entertaining thought that my mother is becoming a gym rat. I'm going to have to do some research on how lifting weights effect someone mentally. As I was leaving the gym I was feeling like I was drunk. But by the time I got to work I felt normal PHYSICALLY . But there was something going on with my mind and spirit. I was really surprised to see it was 9:30 when I woke up the first time this morning. I did manage to get bacon and eggs cooked before I had to get to work. Would have been nice to get some coffee though. The weight was up compared to yesterday, but I'm trying to not beat myself up too much over eight tenths of a pound. For lunch I had some chili.
