W eight: 351.4 lbs ( 159.4 kg) BMI: 45.4 Waist: 57.5 in (146.1 cm) WtHr: 77.7% Breakfast: Bacon and Eggs Lunch: St. Louis Style Ribs Dinner: Leftover Ribs Drinks: Pot of Salted Coffee, Kroger Seltzer Sober Day 3 YMCA: Swimming I was able to get up a bit easier today than I have been lately. It helped that I didn't have Twitter (I'm sorry “X”) on my phone. I couldn't find my tape-measure so I'm not 100% certain on my waist measurement, but I'm not going to guess that it changed much. My belly is feeling a bit tight, but that might be the Seltzer water that. I forgot that I wanted to wait until I was done at the Y to step on the scale. And when I first woke up I stepped on it and it said, 353.8 lbs (160.5 kg) That's 1.8 lbs (0.8 kg) up from yesterday. I tried to console myself with the idea of daily fluctuations and happiness isn't a number on the scale. That was a good motivator to go to the YMCA like I want to be doing. Breakfast: Bacon and eggs, coffee with cream and non sugar vanilla flavoring
Lunch: Deli Prepackaged Cobb Salad, Diet Monster energy
Dinner: Mac and cheese with smoked sausage hot dogs

Had a bit rough start to the morning. Just had a hard time getting the momentum going. Worked noon until 8. I did wake up around 9 am, but all I seemed to manage to get done was counting down until the time I had to get ready for work. Which really seemed to come up fast. I did manage to get some bacon and eggs fried up. What was really strange was that I was feeling really quite up and motivated for most of the morning. But as soon as I started drinking the coffee I suddenly felt like I was way past half asleep. This was a very odd feeling. I was under the impression that the caffeine in coffee would help wake me up, but after my second cup of coffee I felt that it took all of my self effort to just keep my head up.

Getting to work I did manage to finally wake up. I'm sure that was really just me getting the coffee out of my system, or getting up and getting around. But today was crazy busy. I don't know what's been going on lately, but holy crap it was insanely busy. People buying HUNDREDS of dollars of groceries. Hundreds of people yelling at each other. Not because they were angry or being unreasonable (or rather MOST of them weren't being unreasonable) it's just that there were hundreds of people all trying to talk to each other at the same time. For lunch I piked up a Cobb salad from the deli. Not crazy about that salad. It had blue cheese in it. Really not crazy about blue cheese. And what the package said was chicken really seemed to be more like tuna. And it had some sort of green cream like dressing. Unfortunately I was halfway through the salad when a lady came into the break room and announced that there was green slime poo all over the ladies customers restroom. That killed the appetite really quickly

For dinner I picked up somethings for some various recipes. Not any thing to make a new video or anything. But in my cabinets there were a lot of items that would fill for half of a lot of different recipes. I was checking out when I realized that all of the recipes that I was getting the groceries for were for slow cooker recipes. Nothing bad, but that left me without a plan for supper tonight so I panicked a bit and grabbed mac and cheese and a pack of smoked sausages. A good combination, but again, not keto. I seem to do great on my diet for breakfast and lunch. But I always fail at dinnertime. I did pick up some groceries to make some diners this week, but we'll see if I manage to get around to cooking up these groceries.
